  Went in to store at 9am 7th sept to pay for diesel and to grab a coffee and hot food and was greeted by older lady..paid for diesel after asking for tax inv. and did not receive one so asked again and got it..she walked away without asking if I wanted something else..I sung out to her stating o would like a coffee and something to eat..she asked me once what I wanted and I stated and then she asked again..a younger staff member came out who had only been working there for 6 weeks and all they appeared to be interested in was the older lady getting away on time to get her nails done..the coffee was delivered to the counter and I asked some hot food to which again I had to repeat myself 3 times..the younger staff member came to the counter with my food and I asked if she could place it in a bag and as she did the food she had prepared for me fell onto to the floor..both staff members just stood and looked at it with no response until I said 'we're a bit hopeless here this morning' the older one agreed..as there were no other items the same I asked for my money back..it was returned promptly..not once was a replacement item offered..it appeared to me that neither of them really wanted to be there as all they were doing were talking about finishing time..after I drove away I stopped and contacted the shop to speak with Peter to discuss my discontentment with the staffs attitude..the younger one answered the phone and after asking for Peter I was told he wasn't there but would be later on in the morning..I asked if she could ask him to call..she wanted to know what I wanted him for and I indicated it was a matter I needed to discuss with him..the da has concluded and still no phone call..upon leaving the shop this morning I was speaking to someone that I knew who had been to the roadhouse earlier and told him what had just happened and he said it was like that when he had entered the shop earlier on this morning..they didn't know what they were doing he said..I try and support the community and the local shop where ever I am working but feel very certain I will not enter this business again..
